RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Refund Policy:

We have no existing refund policy. Zelo has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment was declined by the issuing financial institution.

Zelo is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
If, during delivery, customs’ duties are applicable, they will be paid in full by the customer.
Any declarations regarding faulty items will be entertained by Zelo only within 5 hours following the customer receiving the parcel.

 
Order Cancellation:

Zelo does not offer a “refund” or “money back guarantee” on purchased items.
Customers paying via Credit Card or PayPal may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded; instead, a coupon of the same value will be provided, which can be used to purchase from Zelo within the next 60 days.
Zelo may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or credit card or PayPal payment is declined.

We do not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

 
Exchange & Replace:

We do not have any exchange or replace policy (for both local or international). We will only be able to accept exchanges pertaining to manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, and size errors. In such cases, claims can only be entertained if they are made within 15 days of the original order date. It is advised to review the size guide before ordering.
